We understand that building a house is an expensive project.  For this reason we are able to offer two finance options to make it possible for you to take advantage of our services. 

Finance is available on projects between $500 and $20,000. 

Your options are:

1. Pay nothing for six months interest free - full payment after the six month term, beginning from completion)

2. 12 Months Interest Free – monthly or fortnightly payments will be paid for 12    months until the loan is repaid.

Both finance options are subject to approval.

Lombard Finance offers fast and reliable assessments where limits under $5,000 are approved in less than 30 minutes and limits over $5,000 are approved in 4 hours.  Customers have the option of fortnightly or monthly payments.

Should you choose to apply for finance on your entertaining area, the appropriate forms will need to be filled out at our office.  Remember to bring personal identification (such as your driver’s license or passport) with you. 

Payments can be made by Direct Debit from a Savings or Cheque account or charged to your Credit Card.  You can also pay more than your minimum payment or make extra payments at any time to pay off your loan quicker!  If you client wishes to change the amount being automatically paid, you can do so by writing to Lombard Finance and explaining what changes are required. Lombard Finance will not accept automatic payment arrangements that do not meet at least the minimum monthly or fortnightly payment amount.
